OTC stands for Over the Counter trade,The Hon’ble Central Electricity Regulatory Commission’s (CERC) introduction of the concept of the OTC platform in the new Power Market Regulations 2021 has great potential to bring the much-desired transparency and innovation in the OTC markets through technology and services. 

The market place provides stakeholders to avail seamless services for information flow, physical flow and financial flow of OTC contracts. OTC platform brings in the desired standardization in the entire process, provides information and analytics to take informed decisions and allows access to multitude of services to the stakeholders through digitization of processes, pooling of information and connecting market participants.
